Knowledge Creation and Sharing
- An MoU finalizing the proposal for setting up India Belize Centre of Engineering in the University of Belize, Belmopan was signed, and HMT(I) has implemented the project.

Recently, Government of India has donated 40 computers at a cost of US$ 50,000/- for The Orange Walk Institute for Vocational Education & Training.
Capacity Building
- India also offers 12 training slots to Belize under Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation ITEC Program. Belizean diplomats are also provided training at the Foreign Service Institute of the Ministry of External Affairs.
