Indian Technical & Economic Cooperation (ITEC) has increased in the last few years. Cuba´s utilization is near total. For the year 2013-14, 40 training slots have been allotted.
Grants & Concessional Finance
India donated an IT Centre – India Cuba Knowledge Centre- to Cuba for two years and later extended for another year.
