Capacity Building
- Bharat extends ITEC scholarships to working professionals from Paraguay every year. Paraguayan diplomats attend the training courses in the Foreign Service Institute of Bharat from time to time.
- Bharat offers ten scholarships under the ITEC program to Paraguay. Ten diplomats from Paraguay have attended past editions of the professional course for foreign diplomats at the Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service, New Delhi.
