Smt.Shelly Verma

Smt. Shelly Verma is the Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Delhi and is also a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has more than 30 years’ experience in Power Sector Financing. Prior to her appointment to the Board of our Company, She has served in various capacities, including, most recently, as Executive Director (Finance) with the Power Finance Corporation Limited.
